BabyH20 offers structured swimming lessons across two locations: a larger pool in Sutton accommodating up to 6 children, and a private pool in Cheam with a capacity of 4-5 children per session. Our services are provided by fully qualified teachers, all of whom hold STA & ASA certifications and have up-to-date DBS checks, first aid, safeguarding, and rescue training.
**3. User Obligations**
Users must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. Parents or legal guardians must accompany children to all sessions and are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children while at our facilities.
**4. Payment Terms**
Fees for swimming lessons must be paid in advance. Detailed information regarding session pricing and payment methods will be provided during the registration process. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
**5. Cancellation and Refund Policy**
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. In cases of late cancellations or no-shows, the paid session will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
**6. Limitation of Liability**
BabyH20 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where such liability cannot be legally excluded. We endeavor to provide a safe and secure environment for all participants.
**7. Intellectual Property**
